At Lozook, we strive to offer a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you change your mind or wish to cancel an order, please read our cancellation policy carefully:
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.
- To cancel, log in to your account and go to My Orders > Cancel Order, or contact our support team via chat/email.
- If the order is prepaid, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Shipping
- Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- However, you can still refuse delivery, and the item will be returned to us.
- In such cases, once the product reaches our warehouse, we’ll initiate a refund after deducting two-way shipping charges (if applicable).
3. Cancellation by Lozook
We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Payment failure
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
- Delivery address issues (e.g., unserviceable locations)
If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
4. Exceptions
- Customized, made-to-order, or final sale products cannot be cancelled.
- Flash sale or limited-time offer items may have different cancellation rules, which will be mentioned on the product page.
